CX ACOUSTICS

Warranty, RMA & Technical Support

An effective product concern workflow records the affected part and enables a reproducible technical investigation.

What to review

Provide model reference, lot information where available, quantities, purchase order, failure symptoms, usage conditions, supporting photographs and measurement evidence.

Good engineering practice

Warranty terms, replacement eligibility and return authorization must be confirmed in the relevant commercial agreement. Contact support before returning any goods.

What to include in a technical request

Send the intended application, relevant technical drawings, device envelope, electrical driver or amplifier configuration, environmental requirements, annual quantity estimate and the time frame for prototype evaluation. Include any standards applicable to the finished equipment so the engineering scope can be agreed.

Need an application-specific answer?

CX Acoustics can review your requirements and recommend the next evaluation steps. Technical documents are provided only when the corresponding references and revisions have been validated.
