Component compliance and device certification should be evaluated separately. A supplier document may support, but cannot replace, final product conformity.
What to review
Request applicable substance declarations, material information, country of origin, test reports or customer-specific documentation for the relevant part and revision.
Good engineering practice
No general claim of ISO, IATF, CE, RoHS or other certification should be made without current evidence supporting the precise site, product and scope.
What to include in a technical request
Send the intended application, relevant technical drawings, device envelope, electrical driver or amplifier configuration, environmental requirements, annual quantity estimate and the time frame for prototype evaluation. Include any standards applicable to the finished equipment so the engineering scope can be agreed.
Need an application-specific answer?
CX Acoustics can review your requirements and recommend the next evaluation steps. Technical documents are provided only when the corresponding references and revisions have been validated.
