OEM/ODM Development Process acoustic components

Custom acoustic projects need a structured flow from requirements to manufacturable specifications.

What to review

Define acoustic and mechanical targets, shortlist feasible constructions, plan sample builds, evaluate prototypes and approve changes under version control.

Good engineering practice

Confirm ownership of drawings and tooling, confidentiality, target volumes, validation responsibilities and delivery milestones for each project.

What to include in a technical request

Send the intended application, relevant technical drawings, device envelope, electrical driver or amplifier configuration, environmental requirements, annual quantity estimate and the time frame for prototype evaluation. Include any standards applicable to the finished equipment so the engineering scope can be agreed.

Need an application-specific answer?

CX Acoustics can review your requirements and recommend the next evaluation steps. Technical documents are provided only when the corresponding references and revisions have been validated.
