Reliability checks assess component behavior under exposures representative of the intended device and service conditions.
What to review
Select humidity and temperature profiles, vibration or shock where relevant, electrical endurance, storage conditions and functional retest criteria.
Good engineering practice
Component-level test results do not automatically demonstrate system-level compliance. Document the test methods and sample size for each specific project.
What to include in a technical request
Send the intended application, relevant technical drawings, device envelope, electrical driver or amplifier configuration, environmental requirements, annual quantity estimate and the time frame for prototype evaluation. Include any standards applicable to the finished equipment so the engineering scope can be agreed.
Need an application-specific answer?
CX Acoustics can review your requirements and recommend the next evaluation steps. Technical documents are provided only when the corresponding references and revisions have been validated.
